From the very beginning, packages such as garages, decks, and fences have always been a key part of Totem's business. Over the years, new packages were developed including sheds, playcentres and dozens of accessory packages such as vinyl siding, eavestroughs, deck railings, electrical wiring, and soffit/fascia packages.
As a result, we developed a computer program to streamline package sales for do-it-yourselfers. This program enhances our ability to deal with the specific needs of our customers and allows us to make alterations "on-the-spot" to fit your individual needs. All Totem pre-planned material packages conform to Standard Alberta Building Codes. However, some local building authorities may have very specific guidelines and/or restrictions regarding the construction of certain projects. Prior to construction, be sure to obtain a building permit and confirm that you are conforming to all local requirements.
Totem will not be held responsible for problems or expenses incurred as a result of customer failure to meet their local conditions. Conformity and inspection approvals are the responsibility of the Package Customer. |
