A deposit of $1000 will secure the price of your garage package now and hold it for delivery any time in the same year the deposit was made. This allows you to benefit from early or mid-season pricing now and to take delivery of and build your garage later, when you are ready.

Build it yourself or have it built!

We can recommend a qualified professional contractor to build your new Totem garage for you. Just give them a call. They will visit your site and give you an accurate price on the entire job, from start to finish, and done to your exact specifications. They can provide everything from the excavation and concrete work to the actual construction of the exterior finish.

Standard Features - Deluxe garage features are standard at Totem.

Options - Vinyl siding, wiring, door openers, insulation, drywall, eavestrough, and more.
