• Two, double-glazed, fixed PVC windows with optional sliders (upgrade).
• Double 2x8 lintels used above entry door and windows.
• Quality roof shingles. 3-tab design with a manufacturer's warranty.
• Prefinished aluminum soffit and fascia with 2x4 sub-fascia.
• Felt roof underlay used under the shingles on the entire roof.
• Plastic pitch louver roof vents.
• All hardware.
