DECK PACKAGES - Styles

Raised Level Attached Deck is above ground and attached to the home on at least one side.

Raised Free-Standing Deck is a deck above the ground alongside the home or on its own out in the yard. This type of deck requires 2 double beams and extra 4x4 treated posts.

Both Attached and Free-Standing raised deck styles offer you a choice of kiln-dried spruce or pressure treated framing. Each package includes:

     - solid 2x8 joists placed 16" o.c.
     - double 2x8 beam(s) on 4x4 pressure treated posts
     - 2x8 for ledger, fascia and blocking
     - coated screws, galvanized nails, building hardware
     - your choice of decking material

Ground Level Patio Deck is a deck built entirely on the ground with pressure treated framing. Each package includes:

     - 4x4 pressure treated joists
     - 2x4 pressure treated fascia on both sides
     - coated screws, galvanized nails, building hardware
     - your choice of decking material

Sizes - 19 standard pre-planned dimensions from 8' x 10' up to 16' x 24'.

Stairs - Includes wood or metal stair stringer options.

Railings - Wood to aluminum, solid base or open base styles.

Options - Deck benches, finishing products, and low-maintenance sufaces.
